04.AI-Generated Content

Projects submitted through the AIGC for Good programme may contain AI-generated content. Participants are required to disclose all AI tools used and their prompt engineering process. AI Tech for Good does not claim ownership over AI-generated content submitted by participants. Uploaded projects remain the intellectual property of participants unless competition rules for a specific edition specify otherwise.

05.Data Sharing

Your personal information is shared only with authorised organisers, judges, and partners strictly for competition administration purposes. We do not sell personal data to third parties. We do not share personal information for commercial marketing purposes without explicit consent.

06.Data Storage & Security

All data is stored securely on the Base44 platform infrastructure. Access is restricted to authorised administrators only. We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against unauthorised access, alteration, or disclosure.

• Request corrections to inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your account and associated data (subject to competition obligations)

08.Children's Privacy

AI Tech for Good welcomes participants from primary school age upward. For participants under 18, registration may require consent from a parent, guardian, or teacher depending on the competition programme and local regulations. We encourage schools and parents to review this policy and contact us with any concerns.
